Directions

Start your shower and allow warm water to run for a minute or two to create steam.

Place one tablet on the shower floor, just outside the direct stream of water. (Avoid placing it directly under heavy water flow, as it will dissolve too quickly.)

As the tablet begins to fizz and melt, deeply inhale the refreshing eucalyptus aroma carried by the steam.

Enjoy the moment — breathe deeply, relax, and let the natural essential oils clear your mind and invigorate your body.
💧 Pro Tip: For a longer-lasting experience, move the tablet around to control how much water reaches it. The less water, the slower it dissolves.

How Long Do They Last?
One puck generally lasts for 1 to 3 showers, depending on how long your showers are.
Warning
Use for showers only; do not use in the bath. Avoid contact with wet hands or skin. It is slippery when wet, so do not step where it is placed. Keep out of eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse with clean water for 10 minutes or more. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and do not use around them. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Packaging & Storage
These tablets come in a recyclable glass jar with a recyclable metal lid. The jar will be wrapped in paper to protect it during shipping.
Keep sealed in an airtight glass container at all times. Opening and closing the bulk container frequently can cause the rounds to lose their smell and effectiveness.
If stored in places with fluctuating humidity and temperature, the rounds can form small feathery crystals. This is simply the mint oils and essential oils coming out of the pucks and re-forming. It is perfectly fine and safe to use.
