Push up the tube from the bottom to expose a small amount of balm, then apply to lips. Re-cap when done and store at room temperature; keep out of direct heat to prevent softening.
Each scent has its own formula. Common bases are almond oil and coconut oil; the wax, butter, and lanolin content varies by scent. The full per-variant breakdown:
Bee Free (unscented, vegan): Coconut, Jojoba, Olive, and Almond Oils, with Candelilla Wax. No beeswax, no lanolin.
Buttercream: Almond Oil, Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, and Natural Flavorings. Contains beeswax; no lanolin.
Hazelnut Vanilla: Almond Oil, Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, and Natural Flavorings. Contains beeswax; no lanolin.
Grapefruit Lime: Almond Oil, Beeswax, Lanolin, Coconut Oil, and Natural Flavorings. Contains beeswax and lanolin.
Rosemary Mint: Almond Oil, Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Lanolin, Coconut Oil, and Natural Flavorings. Contains beeswax and lanolin.
Tea Tree Tangerine: Almond Oil, Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Lanolin, Coconut Oil, and Natural Flavorings. Contains beeswax and lanolin.
Only Bee Free is fully vegan. The other five contain beeswax (so they are vegetarian-friendly but not vegan); three of those (Grapefruit Lime, Rosemary Mint, Tea Tree Tangerine) also contain lanolin, which is derived from sheep's wool.
