Half Dome Beechwood Dish Brush
This natural dish brush is a great all-around tool for getting through a sink full of dishes in a hurry, no plastic required.
It has a sleek, ergonomic beechwood handle and a generous half-dome of long sisal bristles that get into the nooks and crannies of just about any dish, cups, bowls, plates, and utensils alike. When it eventually retires from kitchen duty, it makes a great scrubber for the bathroom sink and tub.
- Ergonomic beechwood handle with a half-dome of long sisal bristles
- Cleans cups, bowls, plates, utensils, and more
- Fast drying
- Biodegradable, with no plastic
- Reusable as a bathroom scrubber once it retires from the kitchen
Use it for everyday dishes, then rinse and stand it upright to dry. When the bristles wear down, move it over to bathroom duty for the sink and tub before composting it.
Rinse the brush after each use and shake off the excess water, then stand it upright to air-dry. To protect the natural beechwood and sisal, do not leave it soaking and skip the dishwasher, since prolonged water and heat can crack the wood or loosen the bristles. To freshen it between uses, briefly soak or wipe the bristles with a mix of diluted white vinegar and water, then rinse and let it air-dry fully.
Beechwood handle with sisal bristles. No plastic, so the whole brush is biodegradable.
10" long overall, with a 3" x 4" brush head.
There is no retail packaging beyond what is needed to ship it safely. Your order may include paper to protect the contents.
When it is finally worn out, compost the brush or bury it in the garden. Both the beechwood and sisal are biodegradable and will break down naturally.
