Mini Plastic-Free Hair Ties - 40 Pack
A standard hair tie is too bulky for a lot of jobs: the end of a braid, a toddler's pigtails, a half-up twist, the base of a bun on fine hair. These mini plastic-free hair ties are made for exactly those spots. Each one is organic cotton wrapped over a natural rubber core, so it grips without dragging and slides out without taking hair with it. There is no polyester and no plastic elastic in them, which means a stretched-out tie does not have to sit in a landfill for decades.
Made by Me Mother Earth, they come 40 to a pack in a cardboard tube. That is enough to keep some on the bathroom counter and toss a handful in the diaper bag or gym kit. At just under an inch across, a mini tie wraps snug on a small section in a couple of turns, where a full-size tie would need to be looped over and over.

Wrap two or three times around the section you want to hold. For braids, tie off the end and leave a little tail below the tie. On fine hair, one mini tie at the base of a bun or ponytail holds better than a big tie doubled over on itself.
