Most floss is nylon, which means a little strand of plastic in the bin after every clean, usually wound on a plastic spool inside a plastic box. This refill skips all of that. It is a spool of bamboo-charcoal fiber that fits the reusable floss jar you already have, so you can keep that jar going for years and just drop in a fresh spool when you run low.
The fiber is coated in candelilla wax with a touch of peppermint for a clean, gentle glide, and when you are done the whole spool goes right in the compost. No plastic, no fuss, just a tidy little refill doing its job.
