Shipping policy

We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to conserve resources, and we pack every order plastic-free in the smallest box or mailer that fits.

Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Rates

Standard US Mail — FREE on orders $60 and over; $7.99 on orders under $60.
Priority Mail (2–3 business days) — $12.99

Processing & delivery
Orders placed before midnight (Pacific) ship the next business day. We ship Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays. Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days of dispatch; Priority Mail typically arrives in 2–3 business days.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Stock availability
Occasionally an item shows as in stock but turns out to be unavailable. If that happens, we'll ship the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item, or contact you about backorder options.

Address changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us before your order is dispatched and we'll do our best to update it.

Damaged or lost in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at admin@zerowasteoutlet.com with photos. For parcels lost in transit, we'll process a refund or replacement once USPS completes its investigation. See our Refund & Returns Policy for more.

Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

Cancellations
We can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. Once dispatched, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
