Directions 

Adults and children 6 years of age and older; Chew tablet briefly and brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Do not swallow the tablet. • Supervise children under 6 years of age for brushing and rinsing.

Tip: Try chewing up the tablet and gathering the paste in the center of your tongue. Then dip your toothbrush into the paste and brush as normal.

  • Sorbitol is antibacterial and provides sweetness.
  • Microcrystalline cellulose gently polishes your teeth while helping to prevent plaque buildup.
  • Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) adjusts the pH and gently polishes.
  • Sodium cocoyl isethionate promotes health and well-being foam.
  • Tapioca (arrow) root starch offers a palm oil-free binder for the tab.
  • Natural peppermint flavor (from mentha arvensis leaf oil) and organic menthol adds a fresh, cool zing.
  • Citric acid regulates the tablet’s pH to be gentle on sensitive gums.
  • Illite clay and bentonite clay are antibacterial and produce a soft foam.
  • Stevia offers a naturally plant-derived sweetness.
  • Arabic gum softly removes stains.
  • Vanilla bean powder provides the tablets with their creamy texture and is also anti-inflammatory.
  • Sodium fluoride fights cavities (fluoride formula only).
  • Sodium alginate supports the tablets in maintaining their shape and enhances texture.

Great for hiking

I have been using these for a year now and love them. They are great for home and travel. This most recent oder, USPS lost the package and Zero Waste Outlet did a great job of support and communication, and quickly replaced the precut when it did not arrive.

Perfectly good alternative to paste in a tube

Why use a plastic tube, or pay extra shipping for the weight of water when you can use a perfectly good toothpaste without any of the downsides of plastic or wasted water or shipping costs.
These toothpaste tablets are a perfect substitute to tubed toothpaste.

Fluoride & No Plastic!

These take a little getting used to at first but now I’m fully on board. My teeth feel clean after brushing and of course I’m grateful they make a version with fluoride (the science is there for it preventing tooth decay people!). I also greatly appreciate the plastic free packaging - I’m trying to reduce that as much as possible and it’s a challenge. Luckily these make it easy.

unpaste tooth tabs-pretty good

They are pretty awkward to use but may get easier with time. However, the strength of the cleaners is A+ and it makes your mouth feel really, really clean. OF course, it makes it even better that you are not adding a toothpaste tube to the trash!
