Use the half-dome brush and palm scrubber for everyday plates, bowls, and pots, and the copper scrubber for stuck-on food on pots and pans. Rest the brush and scrubber on the bamboo dishes between jobs so they can drain and dry.
Rinse the brushes and scrubber after each use and shake out the excess water, then stand them on the bamboo dishes to air-dry. Avoid leaving the wooden brushes to soak or running them through the dishwasher, since heat and standing water can crack natural wood. Rinse the copper scrubber well and let it dry so it stays in good shape.
