4 Piece Dish Washing Starter Kit

Each kit comes with four pieces: a bamboo palm brush, a small square soap dish to rest the brush on, an angled bamboo soap dish for the soap block, and a dish block soap in your chosen size and scent.

Both options include one palm brush and one matching small square soap dish to store it on.
The included Vegan Dish Washing Block is made from Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (plant-derived), Decyl Glucoside (plant-derived), Sodium Cocoate (plant-derived), Quillaja Saponaria (organic soap-bark extract), Glycerin (plant-derived), Aloe Vera Leaf (organic), Purified Water, and Sodium Carbonate (mineral-derived). It contains no palm oil, sulfates, phosphates, parabens, or dyes. The citrus version is the same base with an added citrus-lemongrass scent.
Moisten the palm brush, lather it on the soap block, and wash dishes as usual. Rinse with lukewarm water and air-dry or towel-dry. Vary the spot where you rub the brush against the block so it does not hollow out into a soap bowl.
Give everything good air circulation so it can dry fully and stay free of mold and mildew. Air-dry the brush, and wipe it with diluted vinegar and water if it needs freshening. Swap in a fresh screw-on brush head as needed, usually every one to two months once the bristles soften.
When the soap bar is used up, it returns to the earth in the compost. The bamboo brush and soap dishes are fully compostable and the bristles are plant fiber, so the whole kit can go in the compost or garden at the end of its life.

I was doubtful of the scrub brush but after a couple weeks, I actually use it a lot! The heavy duty bristles are great and clean very quickly and effectively Seems easy to replace the head, too. I definitely agree that you should HANG TO DRY, it will dry completely that way.
The soap is impressive. Very easy to use with the brushes, cleans immediately, no residue, and also the method doesn't waste any soap. I think my block will last me awhile!
Love it! Was worried the soap bar wouldn't cut through grease, yeah not a problem.
Really enjoyed the soap, however seemed to run out pretty quickly and with cost it makes it a challenge to make it apart of our routine. As well disappointed in the tray. It caused a huge mess, I wish there was a catch under that would contain and redirect excess soap to the sink, and not all over my counter and edge of sink.

This is a great design I love that you can replace the brush head without getting rid of the entire handle. The bristles are strong and work well. The holder has held up well over two weeks of use.
I got this set for my grandmother for Christmas, and she loves it. The bristles are rough (I got the heavy duty ones), but don't scratch up plates. The soap lathers up wonderfully with a little bit of water in the bristles, and works amazing on grease, food bits, and even some stains. The bamboo stands help things dry out quickly so we don't have to worry about growing things. I Honestly don't know why they call the soap compact, it is a good size. All in all, I can recommend this to anyone wanting to reduce their carbon footprint and the amount of water they need for washing dishes. I feel like it works even better than plastic scrubbers and liquid dish soap.
Sturdy brush, foamy soap, overall good product. The unscented soap does smell unscented (if that makes sense.) cleans well though and after using for a week or so and i like it.

I really love the smell. It’s definitely learning process to change HOW you do dishes. The brush is stiff and great at getting off stubborn food.
I am bummed to say that the brush is pretty ineffective at actually removing little pieces of food that may be stuck to a plate or a bowl. The soap is fine but the brush has left me disappointed and having to rewash things multiple times.
I love this set! It’s affordable as are all the products at zero waste outlet but I also love the craftsmanship. The twist off scrub brush? Genius. The tilted soap holder? Perfect. Get this set or the bigger one if you can afford to.

The soap does go down quite quickly as we wash all dishes by hand. No dishwasher! My husband who's 82 commented that growing up they used a block of soap...so we're going full circle. I hope more people make the effort to reduce their plastic use.
These products work great
I like the design of the set, the soap works well, but I find the brush bristles too hard/rough I'm worried they'll damage my pans and it's hard to get into corners. Could just be not to my taste though, the long handled brush had gentler bristles and I liked it better.
Love the soap, but the slanted soap holder moves around while soaping,
and the brush is too stiff. Otherwise, great concept.

The perfect package to get started! Highly recommend getting it. The dish soap is great, the brush works well, and I love the holders for everything. Gives it a home and helps them dry out fairly quickly. I don't like my cleaning tools to stay wet.
So far this scrubber cleans very well and seems very durable. The soap bar lasts very long and cleans well. I waaaaay prefer this method over liquid soap. Love it so far! Thank you!

Amazing starter kit! This came so fast and are sooo wonderful!! I love it all! I will definitely continue to use this when I need a new brush head or soap block!!
I love the idea of these products, but I found the brush much harder to use than expected. The bristles are very hard, and while they don’t scratch my dishes, they don’t conform nicely to curved edges or bowls so even after a long scrub, I still found food leftover and had to scrub again. The soap block is another nice thought as I’m really trying to get away from plastic and excess packaging, but soaping up the brush causes a lot of splatter. And I’m not sure how sanitary it is to keep rubbing the brush in the soap block without boiling it (or something) between washes. I’d much rather use quick-drying dish cloths that are washable.
I am pleased to be able to use less dishwashing liquid and the pieces supplied are of good quality and attractive as well.
This is a wonderful set, with the exception of the dish soap holder. As far as the soap itself, it is the best dish soap bar we have discovered. It cleans well it rinses well and we love it. We love the dish cleaning brush and it's holder. We had to toss the soap dish because we could not keep it clean and it was getting really disgusting. I feel like the best eco-friendly option to use for this would be a 100% teak soap dish.
