Dish Washing Block - Vegan

I use a lid from a sushi take-out order as a simple tray for a dish and a pot scrub brush and a coconut scouring brush. The vegan washing block fits neatly into a ceramic container that was looking for a purpose. I'm left-handed, so this trio of brushes and the soap block are within reach and ready to make short work of whatever needs attention. Not a bit of plastic in sight!

Why I didn't have this so long ago. It's no scent so I can wash the silicone products! And wash veggies, and no harmful for my hands! I used to have gloves to wash dishes otherwise my hand gets rough.
I felt it was a bit pricy. Well see how many months I can use it.

This dish block works better than other liquid soaps because it does its job well while being zero waste and vegan, as well as cruelty free and palm oil free. I store mine in the miso bamboo soap dish and use an eco sponge, both also sold from this store. I recommend getting all three to help reduce waste in the kitchen without compromising the quality you're used to!

I love this soap block, it fit perfectly in my sink caddy & it lathers very well. Love that there is no plastic is your packaging.

I’ve been using this product since Dec 2020 and I love it. The soap is strong and can cut through all types of food residue.

Having a soap holder is a must. When the old soap breaks we just plop it on top of the new block and keep going.

Liked the small block so much I bought the big one when it came back into stock. Does a lovely job cutting through grease and fits just fine in the bamboo soap dish that's recommended.

I use this block with a dish cloth and soap up the dishes similar to how I used to soap up my kids in the bath tub with a wash cloth. The dishes are very slippery when soapy, but the soap rinses off well and does a good job with oily pans.

When my cats try to drink soaking plates dish water I don’t have a panic attack about cancer causing endocrine disrupters in the soap!
Coral reef safe, meaning I don’t have to feel guilt about the ocean and its inhabitants!
Even the BAG it was delivered in (which felt like plastic!) was COMPOSTABLE. Not that fake styrofoam “decomposable”, where it breaks down but still harms the environment, but full-on COMPOSTABLE! Like turns to SOIL!
I am about to start using my dirty water from lightly used dishes to water my plants. This soap will let me do that without killing my plants!

Cons:
Isn’t a total “degreaser”, which is great for the environment, but my indoor grill needs extra love.
My boyfriend uses it as hand-soap and uses WAY more than he needs to so it runs out sooner than it should (which he’s buying the next box so its ok)
And there’s some white spots on dishes, which to be real, is a small trade for all of the benefits!

Over all 5/5. Really, 10/10. I am much happier knowing I am making a better decision for all of the planet.

This soap is great and its environmentally and sustainably friendly! No more plastic bottles and hooray for long lasting dish soap! It is extremely easy to use. No excuses. ;)

Its so much easier just washing one dish as it gets dirty less water used. No residue left after rinsing once you use this you wont go back to liquid dish soap

It takes a bit of getting used to. I purchased it with the bamboo holding dish, which I recommend because it takes a lot of effort to lather it and the block WILL move around. The block was larger than I expected, so I am glad it will last a long time. It cleans well once you get enough on the sponge and really is scent free (my nose is extremely sensitive and most cleaners, even eco ones, cause a cough. This one doesn't.) Will order more once mine is out.

This bar suds great, cuts through grease and grime, and allows me to use exactly the amount of soap I need unlike liquid soap where a lot of it goes down the drain! Lasts a long time too, I definitely recommend buying especially with the cute matching bamboo holder :).

I only wish I had found this sooner! Now I need to buy the wood dish for it.

I started using this years ago, and will never stop. It provides the cleanest dishes - creating an awesome "foaminess" and then rinsing away so quickly and completely for that "squeaky clean" that I want for my dishes and pots/pans. Truly an awesome product.

This soap doesn’t cut through grease and it leaves a white film on my sink and anything it touches. I wanted to love it but I’m so disappointed! I won’t purchase again

Love this dishwashing block and now no longer need to buy plastic bottles of dish soap! At first I wasn't sure if it would work well, until I realized that you just rub a web sponge or rag on it and it suds up as you scrub whatever you're cleaning. Do not mix it with water like you would with normal dish soap.

This is only the second bar dish soap I've tried but it's my favorite. The scent is lovely, it lathers up quick, and gets everything clean. And I feel good using no-plastic soap on my family's dishes.

I've used a couple different dish soap bars and this one is the best. Tough on grease, rinses cleanly, and smells great too. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

This dish soap block is awesome! It doesn't take but a very small amount before you get lots of sud's. It rinses easily and clean. Plus my hands are absolutely crazy soft after using this! It does have a scent although it's fragrance free. But it's a clean not harsh smell. I highly recommend this product! It's great and you're helping the earth at the same time. It's a win, win!!

This soap is awesome at cleaning up those dirty dishes without all those harsh scents.

It suds so much, works amazingly with both a dish brush and a sponge, smells great (even when unscented), feels great, and cleans my dishes well. Seriously, I tried this in an attempt to reduce my plastic usage, but even if I WASN'T plastic conscious it would still be the better dish soap option. Never using Dawn again.

This product works great and I love that it doesn't have an overwhelming scent. I can do dishes at any time, very convenient.

Absolutely love this dish soap! It lasts so long and works very well. I am never going back to liquid dish soap!
